i've learnt about smiles notations for molecular structures of many substances...SMILES stands for Simplified Molecular Input Line Entry System...it is used widely and computationally efficient...it also used atomic symbols and a set of intuitive rules...below are the examples of the notations i have done just now...

PDB aka protein data bank
from PDB, i can download plenty of structure of proteins exist in our body...for example, trypsin, tryptophan, glutamine and etc...by using software RASWIN, i can see the 3D structure of the proteins...it's fascinating to see it because it's difficult to see it with my own bare eyes since i'm not taking any lab works for this kind of experiment...i'll show you the structure of trypsin and glutamine...
